Machine Training at No Cost for Our Customers

Did you know that we offer free machine training to everyone who has purchased a machine from us? Recently, we’ve heard that some customers weren’t aware of this benefit, so we want to make sure you know! Our training is available as often as you need, and it’s always free of charge.

How to schedule:

To make training as effective as possible, we’ve dedicated Mondays to machine training and organized the schedule by machine type and brand. In addition, due to Lynn's schedule and being the full-time caregiver for her father, we have had to temporary reduce the hours she is here training. Therefore, training for Baby Lock and Brother will be one month, with training for Bernina machines during the alternate months. ALL training starts at 10:30. Training currently scheduled through July 2026. More dates to be added later.

Here’s the breakdown:

• 1st Monday of the month 
  High-End Sewing Machines

  • Baby Lock/Brother: Radiance, Solaris, Altair, Aerial, Anthem, Chorus, Crescendo, Aria, Ballad, Aveneer, Stellaire combo, Essence, Celeste CX1, Quilt Club BQ3100 & BQ2500 (2026: Feb, April, June)
  • Bernina: 7 & 9 series (2026: Jan, Mar, May, July)

• 2nd Monday of the month:
  Embroidery Machines

  • Baby Lock/Brother: (all models) (2026: Feb, April, June)
  • Bernina: (all models) (2026: Jan, Mar, May, July)

• 3rd Monday of each month:
  Mid-Line Sewing Machines

  • Baby Lock & Brother: Bloom, Vesta, Aurora, Soprano, Presto 2, Lyric, Brilliant, NQ3550W, NS2850D, NS1850D, BQ1350, BQ950, PS700, PS500 (2026: Feb, April, June)
  • Bernina: 3, 4, & 5 series (2026: Jan, Mar, May)

• 4th Monday of each month 

  • Baby Lock Sergers: (all models) (2026: Feb, April, June)
  • Bernina Sergers: (all models) (2026: Jan, Mar, May)
• There is not currently any training scheduled for entry-level machines. All features can be taught before you leave the store with the machine at time of purchase.

For high-end machines, we sometimes need extra training sessions due to their advanced features. These will be booked as needed. If you’re ready to book your first session, need additional training, or just want a refresher, reach out—we’ll be happy to help you get the most out of your machine!
