Updated Dates for our $5 Club Meetings

$5 Club. We will be making 10 - 12" finished sampler blocks.
Here is how it works:
*To join our $5 Club, complete your registration form and pay a $10 registration fee and a $5 block fee.
* We will introduce each month’s block with a short demonstration of block assembly, tips & techniques, and a show of new items in the shop. Demo times will be held the first Saturday (except July 4th will meet the 11th) and second Tuesday of each month at 10:30 AM. You can select which demo time to attend, and you can change your time from month to month, to suit your needs. Additional sessions may be added depending on participation. You DO NOT need to tell us which time slot you will be attending. You only have to attend 1 each month. 
* Your BOM kit will include the fabric needed for your block, complete instructions, and info about upcoming classes and events at A Stitch in Time. After each month’s demo, go home and make the block. Bring your completed block to the next month’s meetings, stay for the demo, and get your next block kit FREE!*

***After the first month, to get your FREE kit, you must BE ON TIME, PERSONALLY ATTEND the demo, AND BRING YOUR COMPLETED BLOCK from the prior month. There are no exceptions! Friends & family members may not attend the demo in your place. ***

*If you cannot attend, you can still purchase that month’s block kit for $5 (plus tax) or use your free block pass included with the Oops Kit, if purchased (see below). Attend the next month’s demo with your completed block from the prior month, and your next block is FREE again. Blocks are available for pick up after our first demo session each month.
*Finishing Kits: We will offer the finishing kit, including pattern and all fabrics needed to finish the top, borders, and binding for an additional $65, or you may choose to finish your blocks on your own. Finishing Kits are very limited – we cannot guarantee availability for those not ordered at registration.
*If you require additional fabric to complete your block due to cutting or piecing errors, you can purchase an OOPS Kit for $20. Your kit will include each fabric used in the blocks and a coupon for a FREE pass to be used during the year. This is a great way to ensure you don’t run out of fabric during a sewing session! If you elect not to purchase an OOPS Kit,individual fabric pieces may be purchased for $1 each (plus tax). Oops Kits may sell out – please order early to ensure availability!
*You are welcome to do both colorways, but only one is free* when following the club rules. The other colorway will be $5 per block/month*
*If you will be unable to attend for an extended period but still want your blocks, please let us know and we will hold your blocks for you. If you choose to drop out, please let us know. We are preparing kits each month for you and need an accurate count.
*Snowbirds: Call and ask for details on how you can participate.
*Last, but not least, let’s HAVE FUN!

Note: Photo above shows the completed quilt which shows the 10 blocks included in the program as well as the finishing kit which is available for an additional fee. The finishing kit is optional. If you don't wish to purchase it, you can finish your blocks in any manner you choose. Our finished quilt finishes at 60"x72".
