Embroidery Club Projects

MARCH - Monograms.

Learn how to add a monogram to different fabrics/projects.

 April - Sewing Machine Cover
April 15 (pt 1) & April 16 (pt 2) - YOU NEED TO SIGN UP FOR BOTH DAYS

Sew each block in the 4x4, 5x5, 6x6,7x7, or 8x8 hoops. There are 9 blocks for the machine cover and two optional quilting blocks in this design. The sewing machine cover is 80% made in the hoop.  When it comes out of the hoop the blocks are joined and the back sewn on with your sewing machine.

The finished sizes can be completely dependent on how many blocks you use.  Each block is made individually in the hoop.

Instructor: Sue Bryant
Instructor Bio: Like so many people in Franklin I grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida and moved to Franklin for retirement in 2011. I am married to Dean, an obsessed quilter who spends his days making Quilts of Valor. I have one son, five grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and one spoiled Cavalier! My hobbies include quilting, paper crafting and machine embroidery. Fabric and sewing machines have always been a part of my life. Adding machine embroidery to the mix was a natural step. Little did I know it was so addicting! If you see me helping others learn to get the most out of their embroidery machines while making beautiful projects you know I am in my happy place! I can't wait to meet you in one of my classes.
