Learn EQ8 Quilt-Design

Join Lynn as she teaches you how to use Electric Quilt 8 (EQ8) in this 3 lesson series.  EQ8 is the leading quilt-design software in the world. This full-featured software lets you see your quilt on the screen before you cut a piece of fabric. Be inspired as you swap and rotate blocks, add borders, and play with different colorways. The designs you create are magical! EQ8 is perfect for beginner and professional quilters with computer skills of all levels.

You will need to plan to attend all 3 classes as they will build on each other.  Software purchase is a separate purchase from Electric Quilt Company (Electric Quilt website). Please purchase and install the program on your computer prior to class. Bring your computer with you to class, also required is an EQ8 book for beginners available in the shop. 

Class Policies:

• We ask that Class materials be purchased at A Stitch in Time. This helps us cover class expenses. We do ask however that you check with us prior to purchasing any supplies to ensure the class has made. 

• Pre-registration with payment is required. You may register in person, by phone, or through our website class calendar. Be sure to register early to help us ensure sufficient enrollment is met.

• We will determine 7 days before the class date if enrollment is sufficient for the class to be held or if the class will be cancelled.

• Cancellations: 

• If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, weather, etc., class fees will be refunded. 

• If you cancel your class reservation 7 or more prior to class date, any refund will be in the form of a store credit.  There could be exceptions to this rule for special events with an out-ot-town teacher.

• If you cancel your class reservation 7 or fewer days from class date, you are not eligible for a refund or store credit.  Any exceptions to this will be on a case-by-case basis as determined by the owner.

• Please cancel if you are sick.

• Please refrain from wearing fragrances to class.

• Come to class expecting a day of fun and relaxation!
