Privy Garden sign-up fee | starts anytime

Privy Garden is made of one foundation paper pieced center block and 6 traditionally pieced blocks to create a fresh and fun 35" x 35" Wall Hanging.
During this 6-month program, you will receive the pattern and the fabrics needed to complete the quilt top including the binding.
Fabrics are all from Karen Lewis's Hampton Court collection for FIGO Fabrics and will match the pictured quilt.

Privy Garden is the name of the baroque private garden at the back of the Hampton Court Palace. The layout of the formal gardens is reflected in the layout of the quilt design where a big feature of wrought iron screens at the back can be found by the River Thames. The use of the trellis print reflects the layout of the garden.

This listing is for the non-refundable registration fee to enroll you in the 6-month Hampton Court Block of the Month starting anytime.

A Facebook group administered by Karen Lewis and FIGO fabrics will be created so we can interact with Karen throughout the duration of the program. A link will be shared with participants upon registration.

Program begins anytime.  Monthly block kits will be available for pick up or shipping the 1st of each month.

Registration fee is $20.00 now to reserve your spot and pre-order your pattern. Monthly fee for the block kit each month for 6 months is $10 plus optional shipping.

Each month's block kit include the fabrics for that month's section of the quilt. By the end of the program you will have all the fabrics (and if you worked along each month) for a completed  top including binding. Backing fabric available separately. 

Finished size of the quilt is approx. 35" x 35".

With each of our block-of-the-month programs, we keep a credit card number on file for you, and your card will be charged each month once on the 1st of the month. You are committing to purchase the monthly kits for the entire quilt. Work at your own pace! All of our BOM participants receive assistance as needed.  We include a couple of Free sew dates throughout the year when you can come and and work on your project.

Note: We have reviewed the author's pattern and the fabric provided for this kit is slim and just barely covers what is needed each month. Therefore, you might want to consider purchasing a bundle of the fabrics to cover any cutting mistakes you might have. We call that an Oops! Kit.

Special Tools Required: NONE. No special rules or tools are required other than what quilters usually have already.

Please note, BOM shipments can be shipped with other BOM orders but cannot be combined with other orders. When you check out for the registration fee, please choose in-store pickup as the shipping option so the system does not charge you shipping for the registration fee.
