Eighteen years ago, she launched her very first fabric collection, and her 50th creation, Full Moon Forest II, honors her journey with a fresh twist on her debut designs. In the designer's own words, "So much has changed since that first collection and in some ways so much is still the same. Full Moon Forest II is the culmination of the things I have learned along the way and the ways I have evolved, improved, and achieved clarity over the years of doing a job that I love so much. In this new collection, I have revisited each of the original prints and reimagined them with all of the things I have learned. I didn't want to ignore the original completely, so I included three original prints as "ghost" versions printed in white on white. These prints are designed to act as a memory, a backdrop, the very foundations that the new prints were built upon. This is a thank you letter for the last 18 years, to the manufacturers, retailers, and quilters that have supported me along the way. Full Moon Forest II is a great bookend to my first 50 collections and an awesome springboard for the next 50."
