The batik colors include rusty copper, warm browns and tans, a variety of teals and turquoise, with a touch of spring green. The 94" x 106" Copper Mountain queen quilt has a side drop of about 17". It is built with a 20" center medallion surrounded by 5", then 10" and 5" x 10" blocks (most are 4-patches), and includes a 6" pieced border of diamond-in-a-square blocks. And believe it or not, it's all in a square-set layout - not on point! That means that this is a quilt that most confident beginners and certainly those with moderate experience can achieve.
